Eagle Home Appraisal Pahrump

Why Choose Us

Six things you can check before you hire us, instead of a list of adjectives. Our office is at 2281 E Postal Dr in Pahrump, open Monday to Saturday.

20+ years in appraisal · Independent fee appraisers · Mon–Sat 7am–7pm

Six reasons, each one checkable

  1. 20+ years in appraisal

That is the length of our experience in the appraisal field, not a promise about any one assignment. It is why estate, probate, divorce and IRS step-up work is routine for us rather than new.

  2. Independent fee appraisers

We work for the assignment, not for a lender or a seller. The value in the report is the appraiser's own opinion of the property, reached for the purpose you tell us.

  3. Reports a court can use, and testimony when it is needed

Probate and divorce cases in Nye County are heard by the Fifth Judicial District Court. If an attorney or the court needs the appraiser to explain the report, we provide expert witness testimony.

  4. Scope and fee in writing before work begins

You get a written quote that says what we will appraise, for what purpose, and what it costs. Fees depend on the property's complexity, the intended use and the deadline, so we ask about all three first.

  5. We ask for your deadline and confirm delivery

Tell us the date you need the report. We confirm what we can deliver for that assignment before you rely on it, instead of quoting a fixed turnaround that may not fit your case.

  6. A licence you can check yourself

Take the appraiser's name from the report, or ask when you call, and look it up yourself with the Nevada Real Estate Division licence lookup or the national registry at asc.gov.

Price guide

The Department of Veterans Affairs sets a fee of $750 for a single-family home appraisal on a VA loan in Nevada (effective May 1, 2026; see the VA fee table). That is the VA's fee, not our price.

A private appraisal can cost more or less, depending on the property and the assignment. Call or send the address and we will quote it in writing.
